There’s a lot better ways to eliminate fear and build great teams than arguing. I don’t agree with this post, try reading some of David Marquet’s leadership books on this. It really can change how you lead especially if you want the culture to grow beyond your small founding team. The last thing you want is a 50 person company that just argues. Don’t underestimate the difference between the boss (you) and the team.
